Application

It is compact in size and has a tight structure. It features high precision, low power consumption and strong anti-interference ability, and is suitable for water level monitoring in lakes, rivers, mountain floods, reservoirs, sewage networks, etc.

What is the measurement accuracy?
±3 mm with 1 mm resolution.
What is the beam angle?
±25° in both horizontal and vertical directions. Can be narrowed to ±3° with an external lens antenna.
What communication interface does it support?
UART with default baud rate 115200. Supports ASCII and MODBUS protocols – freely switchable.
What are the power requirements?
3.3–5V DC, maximum current 27mA.
How small is the module?
35mm × 35mm × 1.2mm, weighing only 5 grams.
Can it measure through a plastic cover?
Yes, but the cover material must be radar-transparent (avoid metal or carbon fiber). Distance from antenna to cover should be optimized.
What are typical applications?
Water level monitoring in lakes, rivers, reservoirs, sewage networks, and industrial liquid level measurement.
