120GHz Liquid Level Sensor Doppler Radar Sensor Module

LDRR03B 120GHz ranging radar adopts the FMCW frequency-modulated continuous wave mode. With a microstrip array antenna and an independent replaceable lens antenna for focusing, it can replace products such as laser and industrial ultrasonic ranging radars. The product is compact in size and structure, and is suitable for various ranging application scenarios.

1. Ultra-High Precision

  • Accuracy: ±2mm

  • Resolution: 1mm

  • Ideal for applications requiring fine distance measurement

2. Extremely Narrow Beam for Precise Targeting

  • Beam width: ±3° (both horizontal & vertical)

  • Microstrip array antenna + replaceable lens antenna for focused detection

  • Minimizes interference from surrounding objects

3. Wide Operating Range & Low Power

  • Measurement range: 0.01 ~ 20m

  • Power consumption: 20mA @ 12V (typical)

  • Operating voltage: 9–24V DC

4. Flexible Communication & High Reliability

  • Interface: RS485 (115200 baud rate default)

  • Protocols: ASCII / MODBUS (freely switchable)

  • Operating temperature: -45°C to +85°C

5. Robust Environmental Protection

  • Protection rating: IP67 (default), IP68 (upgradeable with full potting)

  • Suitable for harsh environments including underground pipe networks and long-term submersion
